A failed video should not consume your credits.
Learn how failed AI Raindance generations return credits, how cash refund requests are reviewed, and which order details to include when contacting support.
Automatic credit returns
If a generation reaches a failed status, the credits consumed by that job are returned to your balance automatically. This applies to a technical generation failure or a result that cannot pass the required content checks. Refresh My videos and your balance to see the updated status.
Credits are not a cash refund
An automatic credit return puts the generation credits back into your account. It does not reverse the original card payment. If you want to request a payment refund, contact support rather than assuming a failed job has refunded your purchase.
Payment refund requests
Email contact@airaindancevideo.org with the order identifier, purchase date, account email and reason for your request. We review issues such as duplicate charges, an unfulfilled purchase or a service failure. We may request additional information to locate the payment. Never send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
Successful outputs and expectations
A successfully generated video can contain AI artifacts or differ from your expectations. Review the source preview and photo guidance before spending credits. If there is a specific problem with a completed result, send the job identifier and describe the issue so it can be investigated.
Processing and your rights
An approved cash refund is returned through the original payment process when supported. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we do not guarantee a fixed date. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
